Recognized in the market by his deep understanding of business and financial strategies, Allan has a proven track record on leading international expansion projects, funding and private equity deals and performance improvement initiatives.
In the last 25 years he has helped companies to growth, to be more profitable or to turn around. Allan also has extensive experience helping entrepreneurs to turn small business into professionally managed, results oriented larger companies. Allan has managed entire business units and all back office functions, gaining exposure to different countries and cultures.
With a bias towards execution, he helps to shape strategies, transforms it into actions and has a relentless focus on getting things done.
To tackle difficult problems Allan combines an entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline and skills acquired working for big corporations. He has worked with companies that include: Oi, Embratel, Enesa, Accenture, Generali Seguros, BM&A Advogados, Thompson & Knight LLP, Turner, Movile and Endeavor.
Allan holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from PUC-RJ and a MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
An insightful, strategic and creative marketing professional with a proven track record of translating consumer insights into impactful marketing initiatives. During his career, O.B. has played a critical role in developing and implementing programs that have built business for companies in an extraordinary range of industries, including: Consumer Goods, Communications, Beverages, Entertainment, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Sports.
O.B. has led the development of programs that have utilized virtually all elements of the marketing mix to engage and motivate consumers. He has worked with clients that include: AARP, ADT, Coach, Dunkin’ Brands, ESPN, Fifth Third Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, HBO, McDonald’s, Miller Coors, TIAA and Verizon. O.B. started his marketing career at Procter & Gamble and has held senior level positions at Time Warner Cable, The New York Stock Exchange and the World Gold Council.
Throughout his career, O.B. has utilized both quantitative and qualitative research to identify consumer insights that can be leveraged in brand building marketing programs. He has completed intensive training in the fundamentals of focus group moderating at the RIVA Training Institute, holds a B.A. in Marketing from Howard University and a M.B.A in Marketing and Finance from Columbia University.
